Dispatched our Walnut Creek, California, area technician to a no cooling call at an office building. Upon arrival, and after waiting for security to approve access (scheduling had been approved beforehand) he found that the server room unit was not operating due to a refrigerant leak and the system being low on refrigerant. Added leak dye to the system, will quote to return and complete full leak search once dye has run through and customer approves.

Dispatched our East Bay area technician to a Walnut Creek CA restaurant to repair their walk-in cooler. System was off with an E6 error for super-heat. Our tech found that the compressor contactor was pitted. Replaced the contactor, reset the power and monitored system as it dropped back to 37 degrees. No more issues to report.

Approved HVAC repairs were scheduled at a retailer in Walnut Creek California. Our commercial technicians were onsite to repair the condenser coil on unit that was leaking on unit #1 and replace the filter dryer and TXV on unit #6. They repaired the leak on #1, pulling a vacuuming and recharging the system once repairs confirmed holding. Lennox #1 operational. Moved to unit #6, pumping unit down and replacing the dryer and TXV. Vacuumed and recharged the unit. Called EMS to confirm all systems operational and no alarms visible. Job complete.

Major Air Conditioning maintenance scheduled for a retailer in Walnut Creek California. All filters were replaced and coils washed. While completing full PM checklist, he found that one of the units was tripped at the disconnect. Was able to trace the issue to a tripped main breaker at the electrical panel. Reset and tested, confirmed unit running again. Finished remaining PM tasks and checked out with store manager.

RESSAC Technician arrived at supermarket in Walnut Creek to perform preventative maintenance on eleven Trane split systems. The technician changed all of the unit's belts and filters and noted a number of deficiencies on different units. These deficiencies were relayed to the company for approval of repairs. After the maintenance was performed, the technician called the company that managed the alarms at this store to verify that everything looked good from their HVAC Controls monitoring system. Units were all operating optimally when technician left.
